What we believe and teach at Christ Messenger Ministry

The Holy Scriptures as set forth in the Word of God (Bible), in it's original form, are without error, given for the purpose of directing man to salvation; It is our more sure word of prophecy from God.  II Peter 1:19,20,21. Without it, there is no knowledge of God.

God the Father is the creator of Heaven and earth, and the sustainer of all things.  There is but only one God infinite, eternal, and perfect in holiness, truth, and love.  The triune God consists of Father, Son, Jesus Christ, and Holy Ghost. He is the one and selfsame God, manifesting unto man in three persons at sundry times, in order to accomplish His will on our behalf. Hebrew 1:1,2.

God the Son, Jesus Christ, was supernaturally conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, and was perfect without sin.  He is  the vicarious sacrifice for the sins of mankind through His death on the cross,  He arrose from the dead in His glorified body.  After appearing unto many, He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father.  He will return with power, and glory to judge both the living and the dead.  He is now the Head of His Body: the Church.

We furthur believe that He is the one and only Savior, and with out Him there is no access to God the Father.  With out Him.there is no remission of sin. without Him, we are eternally lost.

We believe that we are baptized into the Body of Christ by The Holy Ghost at salvation, without His Spirit, we would be without guidance in this world.

We believe that the gifts of the Spirit are given by the Spirit to the Church for the edification of the Body of Christ.

Salvation is the Gift of God, by the Grace of God, through faith in Jesus Christ; by turning from sin through repentance, and placing your trust in Christ, and His full work of redemption, so that we can obtain eternal life and forgiveness of sin.  There is no other name given under heaven by which we can be saved; there is just one way.

The Church is the Body of Christ, who's task it is to take the Gospel to all men in all nations, and to make desciples of them.

The Consumation of all things includes the visible, personal return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead, the final judgement where all will be judged.  Those who are saved, will enter into eternal life, in the presence of God; those who are not will be damned into hell out of God's presence for eternity.
